ABOUT NCS
The National Construction Summit brings together close to 2,000 delegates from government, the private sector, industry leadership, contractors and the built environment to shape the future of South Africa’s construction industry.
More than an annual gathering, NCS is an implementation platform with measurable outcomes — with 80% of the 2025 resolutions achieved, 80% progress in Contractor Development implementation, the establishment of the R300 million cidb–SEDFA Construction Fund, 786+ beneficiaries trained on Construction Management Systems, the launch of the cidb Certificate in Construction Management, and Cabinet approval of the Integrated Social Facilitation Framework.
Through collaboration, accountability and sustained implementation, NCS is turning industry resolutions into tangible sector progress.
